Ingredients
• 2 cups Krusteaz pancake mix
• 1 1/2 scoops of Protein Powder (I use Optimum Nutrition)
• 1 1/3 – 1 1/2 cups of water (depending on the consistency you like)
• 1 egg per person
Pam cooking spray
Log House Lite Syrup

Instructions
Preheat griddle or pan to medium heat, spray pan if needed with Pam. Pour equal amounts of mixture to make 10 pancakes. After cooking pancakes make one egg per person.  Top pancakes with 2 tablespoons of Lite syrup.

Serve and enjoy.
